I've spent my career at the intersection of strategy, delivery, and people and I've learned that lasting change rarely comes from just one of those.
My grounding is practical. Over 15 years leading customer experience and digital transformation from the inside building CX centres of excellence, defining global strategy across 21 markets, and delivering change that shows up in NPS, conversion, and cost. Before that, a decade in international broadcasting in strategy and leadership roles, where I developed an instinct for the person at the end of every experience that has shaped everything I've done since.
I came to consultancy because I wanted to bring that operational depth into organisations going through the same journey. What I've found is that the most complex work is rarely just strategic; it's also about leadership capability, team alignment, and the human side of change. My background in executive and team coaching means I can work at that level too, in the same engagement.
The result is an approach that is commercially grounded, human-centred, and built to last.
